Now whether you are here for the weekend or a long stayer and local you'll always need somewhere to drown your sorrows or have a good ole knees up to get the dusty cobwebs out of the way. Well, in Manchester we have something for just about everyone. Here you'll find a list of the gay venues that most suit the bear and cub mentality.

Legends is the home of the Great Bristish Bear Bash and Prehibearnation events. It host 4 floors / rooms catering for a vairety of tastes. Most weekends something is happening at legends so check their website to find out exactly what from fetish to floosies you'll find it all here.

From the 2nd Saturday of the month as of 13th February 2010 it will also be home to HAIRY! Manchester Premier Bear Night. It runs 11pm - Late and more information can be found on the Hairy! page.

The outpost is the pub next to the Legend and prides itself on being the Bear Place to be in Manchester. Also good offers on drinks and Happy Hour every day before 7pm. Home to social groups including the "Gay Gordon's" the outpost is a great venue to drink and relax and get yourslef ready for the night ahead. Alert is Manchester's own Fetish night and is a members only event. Details can be found on their website but all bears and cubs are invited to come along as long as you adhere to the dress code. Expect lots of men in leather, rubber, and skin wear getting ready to boogie on down and usually go on down...

Bollox is another night held in Legends welcomes all men and women to the venue. It offers an night with an Indie twist and there is always lots of undies flying around somewhere. Nothing rude, its for decoration (apparently!) Check out their site for more details.
